Failed Sales Attempts

According to Sylvia Crossland, the not solds in Austin in January 2009 were 68% – meaning that 68% of houses that left the market last month were failed sales attempts – houses that didn’t sell to anyone.
Cities where prices have fallen the most in the last couple of years have seen sales start to pick up again. That hasn’t happened yet in Austin.
