It would seem that a competent attorney who took no action after his client was 1st assaulted while in custody, while in restraints & non-combative per jail records, later had her charges dismissed other than MTR, believed she could appeal per atty, yet was imprisoned & denied release after reporting a felony committed by her main complainant, who later recanted, causing said defendent to lose the love & respect of her only child due to her belief of the original allegations, a child whom she nearly died while trying to protect, would have some soul searching to do if he really meant what he said. Just sayin'... Please excuse typos in previous comment.
